These Terms & Conditions govern all bookings and travel arrangements made with SafariLux Expeditions. By confirming a booking, you agree to the terms outlined below.

Payments & Cancellations

• All payments are non-refundable.
• In case of cancellation made at least 48 hours before the travel date, a credit voucher will be issued for future travel with us.
• The credit voucher is valid for use on any destination offered by Safarilux Expeditions.

Bookings & Availability

• All quotations are subject to availability and do not constitute confirmed bookings.
• Hotels, flights, SGR tickets, and safari vehicles are NOT guaranteed until confirmed.
• Rates may change without prior notice depending on availability at the time of booking.

Payment Policy

• Cash payments are only accepted at our official offices.
• Full payment or deposit confirmation is required before reservation processing.
• Any pending balance must be cleared before travel commencement.

Flights & Transport

• Flight supplements may apply if contracted airfares are unavailable at the time of booking.
• Alternative fares will be offered subject to airline pricing and availability.
